At 44, I was having multiple panic attacks a day while at work. I knew something had to change—so I switched jobs, hoping it would fix what felt broken inside.

And for a while, it did.

But I was just treating the symptoms—not the cause.

The disconnection. The pressure. The internal knowing that kept whispering, "this can't be all there is" - it all came rushing back.

By 53, I could feel my soul screaming at me. Not in words—but in a deep, physical ache. I knew that it was that job that was making me sick. A rising sense of desperation told me, clearly:

“If you don’t listen, the panic and other symptoms will return.”

That was the turning point.
I finally stopped chasing someone else’s idea of success—and started honoring my own knowing.
