Tamara Wamsley provides coaching, consulting, workshops, strategic alignment intensives, leadership strategy sessions, and related educational resources for individuals, leaders, teams, and organizations.
Services may include career alignment, burnout awareness, leadership clarity, team alignment, decision-making support, purpose exploration, and strategic reflection.
My services are designed to support insight, clarity, leadership development, and personal or professional decision-making.
They do not replace medical care, therapy, mental health treatment, legal advice, financial advice, or human resources/legal compliance support.
You are responsible for your own choices, actions, decisions, and results. I will provide guidance, questions, frameworks, and strategic support, but I cannot guarantee a specific personal, career, health, financial, employment, business, or organizational outcome.
By participating in services, you agree to show up prepared, communicate honestly, and take responsibility for any decisions you make during or after our work together.
Payment terms will be provided at the time of booking or purchase. Services must be paid according to the stated payment schedule unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If payment is not completed, access to services may be paused or canceled.
I want clients to feel confident in the work we do together. For one-on-one services or intensives, you may request a refund after the first session if you are not satisfied and do not wish to continue.
To be eligible for a refund, you must request it in writing within 24 hours after the first session.
If a refund is approved, no additional sessions, deliverables, recordings, or follow-up support will be provided.
Refunds are not available after the second session begins, after a completed intensive, or after services have been substantially delivered, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
For workshops, digital products, group programs, or organizational consulting engagements, refund terms may differ and will be stated at the time of purchase or in the applicable agreement.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours notice.
Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be forfeited unless there is an emergency or other exceptional circumstance.
If I need to reschedule, I will notify you as soon as possible and offer another available time.
While my work is designed to help clients gain clarity, identify misalignment, improve decision-making, and create more aligned ways of working or leading, I cannot guarantee specific results. Results vary based on many factors, including your goals, circumstances, participation, implementation, workplace environment, and external conditions.
Testimonials and client stories shared on this website reflect individual experiences and do not guarantee that you will experience the same results. The FTC’s testimonial rules emphasize that consumer reviews and testimonials must not be fake, deceptive, or misleading, so keep your testimonials accurate and only use client words you have permission to share.
I respect the private nature of this work. Information shared during individual sessions will be treated as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law, necessary to prevent harm, or agreed to by you in writing.
For team and organizational engagements, confidentiality expectations will be discussed before the work begins. Because team work may involve shared themes, group insights, or organizational recommendations, individual privacy and reporting boundaries should be clarified in advance.
All materials, frameworks, worksheets, recordings, written content, presentations, and resources provided through this website or through my services are owned by Tamara Wamsley unless otherwise stated.
You may use materials for your personal or internal business use only. You may not copy, sell, reproduce, distribute, teach, or publicly share these materials without written permission.
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to disrupt its functionality, copy content without permission, or use website materials for unlawful purposes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tamara Wamsley is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of this website, participation in services, or reliance on information provided.
