It's likely that nothing looks obviously wrong from the outside.
You have experience. You have built a career. You are capable of doing the work in front of you - and so much more.
But capability is not the same as compatibility.
Your work is draining your energy faster than you can recover it.
You likely wake up already tired, push through the day, and arrive home with very little left for yourself or the people you love.
You may feel restless, irritable, numb, or increasingly disconnected from the woman you know yourself to be.
And underneath it all is a truth you can no longer ignore:
This work no longer fits.
You do not necessarily want to quit tomorrow.
You don't want to make a reckless leap.
You might not even know if your next chapter should be in a new role, leadership, consulting, entrepreneurship, or a different kind of career altogether.
You simply know you cannot keep organizing your life around work that takes so much from you.
You are not looking for another impressive title.
You are looking for work that feels true to who you are now.
Women are often taught to respond to career dissatisfaction by trying harder.
Be more grateful.
Manage your time better.
Become more resilient.
Update your résumé.
Find another job with a better title or salary.
But changing the surface of your work does not resolve a deeper misalignment.
You can be highly skilled at something that drains you.
You can succeed in an environment that asks you to become less like yourself.
You can move into another seemingly good opportunity and discover that you have recreated the same exhaustion in a different place.
Traditional career advice often begins with the available jobs and asks where you might fit.
This work begins with you:
How you are naturally wired
What gives you energy and what consistently takes it away
The wisdom and experience you have accumulated
The uniquely human value you bring
How you want to express that value
The kind of life your work needs to support
Your résumé may show what you have done.
It does not always reveal how you create value, what brings you alive, or the contribution you are best positioned to make.
Imagine understanding why your work has felt so difficult—even when you were capable of doing it.
Imagine seeing the thread connecting your personality, strengths, experience, wisdom, interests, and the work you feel called to do.
Imagine knowing what kind of work would give you energy rather than requiring you to fight yourself every day.
And imagine having a practical plan for moving toward it without blowing up your life, abandoning your responsibilities, or gambling everything on one dramatic decision.
Your next chapter does not have to begin with a leap.
It can begin with clarity.
It can begin with a direction you trust.
It can begin with a bridge from where you are now to work that feels like yours.
The Fulfilling Work Transformation™ is an eight-week hybrid, small-group experience for experienced women who are ready to define what fulfilling work requires for them and create a personalized path forward.
I created this experience because I know what it is like to have work that looks fine from the outside but feels deeply wrong on the inside.
I spent years driving to a job I dreaded. My stomach hurt on the commute. I experienced panic attacks at work and woke during the night with my heart pounding.
The job was not obviously toxic. I worked in a comfortable building with good people.
That made my reaction even more confusing.
Eventually, I understood that I was not failing at work. I was forcing myself to remain in work that was fundamentally misaligned with how I was wired.
My body recognized the disconnect before I had language for it.
That experience changed what I believe about work.
I believe we each have a Unique Human Value: a combination of personality, strengths, experience, wisdom, expertise, and the distinctive way we contribute.
I also believe that fulfilling work is created when we understand that value, connect it to meaningful work, and build a practical path for expressing it in the real world.
Through my strategic perspective, intuition, deep understanding of personality profiles and Working Genius, and ability to connect patterns that can be difficult to see from inside your own life, I help you find the path between where you are and where you want to go.
This is not traditional career coaching.
It is not résumé polishing, job-search tactics, or a personality assessment that gives you another label but leaves you wondering what to do with it.
It is a guided process for understanding yourself, defining the work that fits, and turning that clarity into movement.
You will understand what makes you different and why that difference matters.
You will be able to see how your personality, strengths, experience, wisdom, and natural way of working combine to create value.
You will know what kind of work gives you energy, how you want to help, and who you are best equipped to serve.
Instead of endlessly circling possibilities, you will have a direction grounded in both soul alignment and practical reality.
You will leave with greater clarity about:
Why your current work no longer fits
What fulfilling work requires for you now
The strengths and abilities you want to use more often
The work that fills your cup rather than consistently emptying it
The value you bring that you may have overlooked or dismissed
How you want to express that value
Who you feel called and equipped to help
Whether a career, leadership, consulting, business, or another direction fits best
How to move forward without creating another version of burnout
You are not starting over.
You are building from decades of experience, insight, wisdom, and value.
And instead of asking, “How much longer can I keep doing this?” you will begin to say:
“I know where I’m going next.”
The central outcome of the experience is your personalized Fulfilling Work Transformation Map™.
Your map will bring together what you discover throughout the eight weeks and show you:
Where your most significant fulfillment gaps are
Why your current work no longer fits
What fulfilling work requires for you now
Your unique strengths, experience, wisdom, and value
How you want to express that value
The work you are here to do
Who you are best positioned to help or serve
Which career, leadership, consulting, or business direction fits you best
The practical bridge between your current reality and your next chapter
Your personalized 90-day transition plan
This is not a generic roadmap.
It is a strategic plan built around who you are, what matters to you, the responsibilities you carry, and the life you want your work to support.
You will move through a structured process designed to help you reconnect with who you are, identify the work that fits, and build a practical path forward.
You will receive direct teaching, strategic guidance, reflection, and support alongside a small group of experienced women navigating similar questions.
The founding cohorts are expected to include approximately six to eight women.
You will assess five dimensions of fulfilling work:
Wiring: How you naturally think, work, decide, and solve problems
Energy: What fills your cup and what consistently drains it
Wisdom: The experience, expertise, and perspective you have developed
Value: The uniquely human value you bring
Expression: How fully you can use and express those gifts in your work
These resources will help you move beyond vague dissatisfaction and identify the specific patterns, needs, strengths, and gaps shaping your experience of work.
You will examine what comes naturally to you, how you create value, and which abilities you may have discounted because they feel easy or familiar.
You will have opportunities to ask questions, work through decisions, and receive further guidance as your direction becomes clearer.
You will integrate your discoveries into a clear picture of what fulfilling work looks like for you and which direction best supports it.
You will leave with concrete next steps for beginning the transition—without requiring you to quit immediately or have your entire future figured out.
You will have a central place to access program materials, assessments, exercises, and supporting resources.
Additional individualized support may be available for women who want more focused guidance around their direction or transition plan.
Details and separate pricing for optional private sessions will be provided when enrollment opens.
You do not need to arrive with a clear answer.
Many experienced women have spent years prioritizing work, family, responsibility, and other people’s expectations. When they are finally asked what they want, the answer may not come immediately.
That does not mean your desires are gone.
You may simply need the space, structure, and strategic support to hear them again.
The process is designed to help you recognize the clues that have already been present throughout your life and career.
The goal is not to pressure you into choosing one path quickly.
It is to help you understand yourself well enough to identify, evaluate, and test the directions that fit.
You do not have to prove yourself through one dramatic move.
You can gather evidence, consider practical realities, make intentional decisions, and build confidence before making a major change.
The objective is not to escape into another path that looks promising.
It is to create one that is aligned, practical, and viable.
Wanting fulfilling work does not require abandoning responsibility.
You will not be told to quit your job, ignore your family’s needs, or take risks that do not fit your circumstances.
Your transition plan can account for income, benefits, timing, family responsibilities, available energy, and your personal tolerance for risk.
You do not have to leave the shore before you build the bridge.
An assessment can give you useful information, but information alone does not always create a direction.
The value of this experience lies in connecting the dots between your wiring, energy, wisdom, value, expression, desired life, and real-world opportunities.
You will not be left with a collection of labels and reports.
You will use what you learn to decide what your work needs to look like and what to do next.
This experience requires attention and honest reflection.
It is not designed to create more busywork or add pressure to an already overloaded life.
The purpose is to help you stop spending months or years circling the same questions without reaching a decision.
The exact weekly time commitment outside the live sessions will be shared before enrollment opens.
There may not be an enrollment deadline yet, but there is still a cost to continuing to postpone what you already know.
Another month of depleted evenings.
Another year of giving your best energy to work that no longer fits.
Another opportunity chosen because it looked safe, only to discover that it asked you to abandon the same parts of yourself.
Bronnie Ware wrote that the most common regret she heard while caring for people near the end of their lives was wishing they had possessed the courage to live a life true to themselves rather than the life others expected of them.
This is not here to frighten you into a decision.
It is an invitation to tell yourself the truth while you still have the time and ability to act on it.
Your work is a significant part of your life. It affects your energy, health, relationships, choices, and the way you experience your days.
You do not need to reach the end of your career—or the end of your life—wondering what might have happened if you had trusted what you knew.
The question is not whether you must quit today.
The question is whether you are willing to begin building work that reflects who you are before more of your life passes inside work you already know is wrong for you.
The founding cohort investment will be:
$997 paid in full
or
Three monthly payments of $359
This founding price reflects the first delivery of the program and the opportunity to participate in a small, closely supported cohort.
A cohort start date has not yet been selected.
At this stage, you are invited to express your interest. Once there is sufficient interest, enrollment timing and complete program details will be announced.
There is no fabricated countdown and no pressure to commit before those details are available.
You already know this work no longer fits.
You do not need another year of trying to convince yourself that you should be grateful enough to tolerate it.
You do not need to throw away everything you have built.
And you do not need to have your entire future figured out today.
You need to understand what your energy has been trying to tell you.
You need language for the value you naturally bring.
You need a direction that reflects the woman you have become.
And you need a practical bridge from where you are now to work that gives you more meaning, energy, freedom, and fulfillment.
Stop waiting for certainty. Begin building a direction you can trust.
